Alec was professional, helpful, and not pushy at all in my car purchase process! He was patient with me taking my time to decide what was right for me and answered all of my questions (if he didn't know th my car purchase process! Your fees are ridiculous, including an electric vehicle storage fee for a non electric vehicle there for 2 hours? Are you kidding? I had to pay $250 for a diagnostic fee and then you were going to charge me more in labor than other companies charge for the part and labor. I am a lifelong local and will never recommend your company to anyone, for any reason, ever. I took my Subaru in for a tire pressure sensor error, and the tire pressure sensor light is still on, and now the ABS light is too. They supposedly used a scanner, but I don't believe they actually did. And the tire pressure sensor light is still on, and now the ABS light is too.
