3 days just to get my car looked at. 2 more days to order a part. was told it would take two days to arrive, it took 5. no calls. no messages. calls placed to service were not returned a 2 more days to order a part. was told it would take two days to arrive, it took 5. no calls. no messages. calls placed to service were not returned and I had to get the service manager on the phone to get any updates for my vehicle. all in it took 2 full weeks to get a pair of shocks replaced and an oil change.
