I used to be able to recommend this place but unfortunately I cannot do so anymore. I have purchased 4 vehicles from here. I've spent well over $200,000 as a customer here. My last vehicle was unfortunately I cannot do so anymore. I have purchased 4 vehicles from here. I've spent well over $200,000 as a customer here. My last vehicle was a '21 RAM 1500 etorque. At under 15,000 miles I had to change the tensioner belt for some apparent reason. Never have I had an issue with any vehicle at such low mileage. I schedule service for an oil change and to have the belt replaced. My first visit I was asked to come back a week later since they were very busy. I explained my situation and they said it would be ok to continue driving the vehicle as is. The following week at yhe same time I arrived only for them to tell me that they didn't have the part in stock. Again they assured me it was ok to drive the vehicle one more week and that for sure the following week they would take care of it all. Now two weeks have gone by. I arrive to have the service done on the vehicle. This time they are telling me I will need to leave the vehicle for three days. Keep in mind that I use my vehicle for work so everyday I don't have my truck I don't make any money! I trusted them and left the vehicle there. Three days later I had to call myself multiple times to get in touch with someone. They only just started the service after spending two hours trying to get an update on my vehicle because you just can't get in touch with anyone there. Today I went to pick up the vehicle. They changed the belt. They did NOT perform the oil change. I am so tired and exhausted of this place. I'll just go get the oil done elsewhere at my expense. I will NEVER purchase a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/RAM product again in my life after this experience. They don't give a xxxx about you. Only your money. And if you do go for service be sure to check that they are actually doing what they say they are. More
Terrible service. Zero accommodation. Expect the vehicle to sit there for weeks just to provide a software update. No loaner vehicles. Manufacture required recall and Zero accommodation. In my 21 years of vehicle ownership and dealing with many vehicles and many different brands, this is the worst experience by far. I would prefer to pay out of pocket for service than get warranty work done by the dealership. But hey, maybe that’s the goal. More
I bought a Volvo at Aventura CJDR in January this year and had no option but to accept the extended warranty and service contract. In my first oil change at Aventura, they said they don’t support my vehic and had no option but to accept the extended warranty and service contract. In my first oil change at Aventura, they said they don’t support my vehicle because it's a Volvo, so I tried to use the service contract at Volvo, but they don’t accept this type of contract. I had to call Volvo for warranty service, and the extended warranty contract was not accepted either. I’m calling the salesperson for a refund in the last two weeks, but they are not returning my calls and emails. Terrible after-sales service. More
