When I went to convert my expiring lease to a loan and purchase the leased car, everything went very well. The salesperson was awesome and the financing folks were as well. The problem I am having is that the last payment on my lease has not been paid by the dealership (the due date is in 4 days). I have called several times asking to speak with someone in your accounting department and no answer. I have left voice messages and nothing. More

3 months in the shop for warranty-covered repairs. Still no ETC. Parts were ordered after the 2 months... The repair shop did not look at the car for the first month and did not send a report to the w Still no ETC. Parts were ordered after the 2 months... The repair shop did not look at the car for the first month and did not send a report to the warranty company till the 2nd month. So parts were not ordered till the 3rd month. This is not a supply chain issue. This is neglect. I highly recommend against taking a vehicle here for repairs. Customer service is also very poor. More
