Poor organisation of the internal processes (2 to 2,5 hrs for an oil change?). I made an appointment for 11:00am - showing up on time, they told me the car won’t be ready before 1:00pm. When pointing out that I had made an appointment, I was told to pick an earlier time next time. “If you come later in the day, all things take longer.” How ridiculous is that? Furthermore, the operation is a rip off (their own voucher from the website was not accepted). When checking in, I presented them their own voucher from their webpage on the internet. That would have been 59.99USD for a an oil change plus a multi point inspection. They DID NOT accept their own voucher. Instead they pointed out that this voucher wouldn’t work with my car. Despite the fact, that the voucher on their webpage was exactly for my make & model. They for sure have not the friendliest of service. I will spare you my experience with the sheer ignorant arrogance of the service personnel. I’m from California, and used to mediocre service - but this was over the top bad.…and I will for sure not come back!!! More

Very painful experience! I came in for a routine alignment around 10am. I asked for a service vehicle and they said they couldn’t for an alignment. My car did not get on the lift until about 3pm. I kept checking in to see if my vehicle was ready and nothing. They said they needed to keep the truck and then they finally gave me a rental. I had a loaner from Friday to Monday. I picked up the car Monday and drive to my office in Miami. During that drive I noticed that the front end was worst than when I brought it in. They told me the only way to resolve the issue is to bring it back. I said no, I will bring it to another dealership. What a complete waste of time and lack of respect from this service department. No professionalism whatsoever. More
