I have never been more disappointed or shocked by the level of service I received from this dealership. Everything from the beginning till the end was a lie. They gave me a loaner which they said would b level of service I received from this dealership. Everything from the beginning till the end was a lie. They gave me a loaner which they said would be covered, then they made me pay for it. The service advisor keeps asking for tips to move my car long. Now the car is second time in service and waiting 7 to 10 days for a diagnosis. This is very unprofessional. This was my first dodge my son was so excited and this is definitely going to be my last period More
