Although they were able to service my vehicle, the scheduling was chaos. I was told to bring it an hour north and it would get same day service. It did not, and it was to be done next day. EXTREMELY POOR! !! Brought my car in on Tuesday morning for Oil/Filter Change, Tire rotation and lights on dashboard. Was told oil/filter & tires would be now, whil !! Next, I set up a day to come by the dealership to view the car as well as test drive it. Met the salesperson, Marc Buchbinder, and he was friendly professional and extremely geniune in his approach. He showed me the vehicle and my daughter test drove it. We negotiated the car price and I was able to get a great deal. Went over to the finance department and met with Laura. She was friendly, direct and provided me with additional options to choose from before finalizing the paperwork. All in all, it was an amazing experience with the dealership. My daughter is happy with her car and I am happy with the upmost professionalism and great people working for the dealership. THANKS!! More
