Online: They advertised 6 individual 2022 Jeep Gladiators with mileage below 80 This Dealership rates at BELOW negative!!! WHAT A PIECE OF xxxx!! Online: They advertised 6 individual 2022 Jeep Gladiators with mileage below 80 miles! Why? Well, according to their story, they bought too many during COVID and they were stuck with them in their company's garage and needed to be sold ASAP! Intrigued, we contacted a salesperson and told them we were interested and were driving down from the Jacksonville area (roughly 360 miles), and then made an appointment to see the vehicicles when we were in town. We even confirmed that we were in town the evening before we were to meet. On the morning that we were scheduled to meet the salesperson, we sent him a text letting him know that we were on our way. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and the vehicles we asked to see were filthy - covered in bird xxxx and cobwebs - and one actually had trash in the truck bed. SERIOUSLY?? I took a photo of the invoice. We did the test drive for those 2 then asked for the next 2 and we were told the tire pressure was too low to drive - then that the vehicle wouldn't START. Seriously?? Then we asked for the next 2 and they brought out the same car as we saw on ask #1. I said we had seen it and the sales guy had the AUDACITY to tell me I was wrong. REALLY?? How about you look at the photo I took of the sticker with the VIN?? His reaction: Oh wow, I guess that's messed up. APOLOGY??? Nope!! Are we getting to Strike three?? Four?? Six?? Time and again, we asked the sales guy to give us the dealer's invoice for this vehicle - and he hemmed and ahwed and lied telling us he didn't have it, it was a used vehicle so the title was with the state (lies) then said it must be at corporate and wasn't available (meaning he wasn't interested). So - here's the deal - we presented him with a Wells Fargo Bank Cashier's check for $34,000 - and the asking price for this xxx filthy 2022 Jeep was 38,500 - which has been sitting on the garage for the past 4 years and was presented to us FILTHY - and they TURNED DOWN a Bank Check which would have removed that liability from their books- and the IDIOT salesperson said NO!! Finally, hubby and I decided that we would be OK with letting them sit with their stupid decision - and so we left. They LEFT a check for $34k and decided to allow that depreciating asset on their lot?? Yep!! More

I was charge a very high price for a diagnostic they couldn’t find the problem that I found yet they charged me full price. Even the oil change was very expensive.
