After waiting for almost 2 months for the third time to get my bumper fixed on a car that is less than six months old three weeks ago my service advisor Shannon McDonald after I called her three times told get my bumper fixed on a car that is less than six months old three weeks ago my service advisor Shannon McDonald after I called her three times told me that the part just seemed to be picked up that Friday to give her till Monday and she would call me to bring my car in. She never called me. I called back the beginning of this week three times left her messages texts and she hasn’t called back. I called the service manager. Steve left him a message this morning. He never called left a message for him this evening at 4:45 PM. He never called back. This will be the fourth time that I’ve had to bring this car in to be repaired and the car is only six months old. I will look into enacting the lemon law if this third time the bumper is not fixed permanently. More

Buying a car is stressful and time consuming, Bruno made sure that we got the best deal and were out of it as quickly as possible. Greg was the manager he took the time to come out share the options and provided recommendations. If you can to Aventura Jeep recommend you ask for Bruno you will not be disappointed.
