The experience was filled with delays and empty promises. I had my car stolen. I felt relieved when it was found only to go through a nearly 2 month ordeal with the service department. The vehicle sat on the lot with a broken window for 3 weeks. The leather seats are ruined. It wasnt until i followed up in person that i discovered nothing was done to my vehicle and had to get a manager involved. I had to constantly follow up since i lost all trust with the service team. It took another month to then begin the repairs.... which were a broken window, program 2 new keys and paint some minor scratches on the front bumper. And to top it all off, the vehicle was returned to me filthy. It had white residue from paint, and appears someone used paint removed on my leather seats... Disgusted by the entire experience. I will be letting everyone know not to trust Aventura Jeep. More

I am not a happy customer. First off, they added a maintenance package to the bottom line even after I said no. Beware of this dealership, they will not take care of you adequately. More
