I recently purchased a new vehicle specifically for my work which has a maximum mileage of 10,000. Unfortunately, the battery died last week. However, when I contacted the dealer for assistance, they were unable to help me on the same day, citing a lack of necessary resources. I was disappointed that no alternative solution was offered, such as a loaner car. This experience has made me concerned about what would happen if my vehicle suffered a more serious issue in the future. If I couldn't get help on the same day to replace a battery, I'm worried about how I would handle a more significant problem. More
