Was told the car service would be about an hour, after two hours was told the paperwork was being done, took another 15 minn, Givin the keys, told the car was out front, It was not. After searching for car, went back into service asked for help. Car was found by using the emergency control on the Farb, back of building, between wall and large truck. Car was not washed. Room for waiting was third world situation> Understand an old building, but would be nice to put some funds in to make it more pleasant. No water in the cooler etc etc etc More

On Monday 1/18, I arrived 9:45am for an oil change appointment and got my car back at 1:40pm. I had an appointment with Julio Nino and I waited in the waiting area. Although Julio was helpful, this appointment and got my car back at 1:40pm. I had an appointment with Julio Nino and I waited in the waiting area. Although Julio was helpful, this was an insane amount of wait time for an oil change. I also asked them to test my battery, but that was a test that they completed as soon as I arrived. The oil change and car wash took way too long compared to what I’m used to at Jerry Ulm in Tampa. This was my first time coming here, I just moved from Tampa. Compared to Jerry Ulm, the service and speed for a waiter was extremely poor. I would not recommend. More
