My Jeeps all were covered under warranty, over the years as they aged out Mark still made it manageable to maintain the fleet. Julio always knows how to strategically get you in and out when in his power. I’m genuinely grateful for those guys making the breakdowns breakthroughs. I had an issue with a steering dampener for my 2020 Gladiator, Steve, the service manager, recognized my issue right away and coordinated the replacement part which was on backorder. My car has been at this dealership service department for over a month with service advisor providing poor customer service and 10% communication. I have been the one constantly calling trying to figure out over a month with service advisor providing poor customer service and 10% communication. I have been the one constantly calling trying to figure out what is happening with my car. They charged 2 diagnostic fees of $280 totaling almost $600. IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CAR!!!!!!! I expected more from a manufacturer service department considering the amount of money they charge for working on your car. I am highly disappointed, and my experience has been low end backyard garage level with these people. As it stands, I still have no car and no definite ETA on my car. More
