Horrible service, car warranty was useless from this place and they didn’t want to pay for repairs. And warranty takes eight weeks just to give us our money back. They charged us $800 for a simple check place and they didn’t want to pay for repairs. And warranty takes eight weeks just to give us our money back. They charged us $800 for a simple check engine light and the next day the engine light turned back on. I have a life and work and this place seems to not care at all about customer service. They charged us 600 dollars of labor when all they had to do is change a simple valve and apparently they completely failed at it cuz the check engine light was on again the NEXT DAY, THE VERY NEXT DAY. And its sunday so I can’t even take it in. Whatever you do don’t buy from this place, workers keep leaving and service is just horrible. More

Great customer service. Took my car for maintenance/service and was helped quickly. They really accommodated all my needs. Car was washed when returned. So happy. Was told the car service would be about an hour, after two hours was told the paperwork was being done, took another 15 minn, Givin the keys, told the car was out front, It was not. After searching for car, went back into service asked for help. Car was found by using the emergency control on the Farb, back of building, between wall and large truck. Car was not washed. Room for waiting was third world situation> Understand an old building, but would be nice to put some funds in to make it more pleasant. No water in the cooler etc etc etc More
