Bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Trying to get someone to refer me to a body shop because this dealer doesn’t have one and won’t take the care into service until the backordered part comes in. Also, I would have to pay for my own rental if they have to keep the car because they only have 15 total rentals available. I’ve only had this car for three weeks! Would never recommend them. More

I can not still understand how the agreed selling price of the vehicle (approximately 42000) increased to almost 45000 $ at the lease. I know a special rebate on the vehicle for over 6000 $, and some had of the vehicle (approximately 42000) increased to almost 45000 $ at the lease. I know a special rebate on the vehicle for over 6000 $, and some had to be applied to recondition my trade. So, 42000, which was 3000 $ below the priced tag was fair to me, and I went along with the deal. They technically screwed me up big time in the financing! NOT COOL PEOPLE, but clever! Also, the vehicle was neither cleaned nor inspected correctly since I had to inflate all tires, including the spare, take it to wash, and put it in a deep vacuum. More
