I had to bring in my car 3 times for the same engine light problem that appeared. First time I was charged $3,700, second time another $850 and the 3rd time they waived. The service people didn’t know light problem that appeared. First time I was charged $3,700, second time another $850 and the 3rd time they waived. The service people didn’t know what they were doing, and it cost me a fortune and the light is still back on. I am not gonna bring my car back to you and I’m going to demand a full refund. 2012 jeep with 77,000 miles brought in with all the dash lights blaring. How many times must i bring it into service, to the tune of over $2000 for them to tell me its repaired and in good working order? If lights blaring. If i knew it was going to cost over $10,000 to repair, i would have simply traded it in. I bring it in once for repair for over $2000 and it needs to come in again, so i bring it back and now they realize it is a hard to get module that i wait 3 months for... and i burn out the brakes due to waiting on this module.... and once the module is replaced, they didnt notice the leaking oil from the valve gasket.... which needs another return to over $2000... and once that is repaired, they didnt realize that there is oil leaking from rear side of the engine, so they want me to bring it back for another $2000 repair.... not to mention the complete frustration in trying to reach someone. either no one picks up the phone in the service department or your point person's desk, or no one gets back to you. super frustrating.... and if i would have been given a complete and appropriate evaluation from a knowledgeable mechanic from the beginning, i would have simply said no thank you and traded the jeep in for a new jeep. Last time i visit this service center...never again...... More

Waited for weeks for a loaner at the service department to fix the software issue with my Trailhawk. After three days of what they call "work," they couldn't even get it right and had the nerve to threaten to fix the software issue with my Trailhawk. After three days of what they call "work," they couldn't even get it right and had the nerve to threaten me about returning the loaner. Seriously, avoid this place their customer service is nonexistent. This service department needs a serious reality check. More
