This dealership did not disclose dealer added equipment charges until last minute. I was told it "came with" the vehicle but then was shown the additional charges. I was told I had to purchase it even thou charges until last minute. I was told it "came with" the vehicle but then was shown the additional charges. I was told I had to purchase it even though I did not want it. I had already invested several hours of my time at the dealership. I have left several voice mail messages for Mr. Alvarez and Cohen and have not heard back. Very deceptive business practices to make an extra dollar. Not a good way to make a loyal customer. Very disappointing. More

On December 28, 2023, I purchased a brand new Ram 1500 from Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. The purchase was made late in the evening close to the company's closing time. They apologized for delivering from Aventura Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. The purchase was made late in the evening close to the company's closing time. They apologized for delivering a completely dirty truck that had been used by multiple people interested in buying it before me. Additionally, it had water spots and other marks, likely due to being exposed to Miami's rainy and foggy weather. A few days later, on January 6, 2024, I recorded a video and tried to contact my sales representative, Alejandro, who had provided excellent service during the purchase process, making it very easy for me. However, I was not successful. I called the dealer many times, but the individuals who answered did not assist me, seemingly because they knew it was a complaint. In particular, Ms. Ana Rios, if I remember correctly, put me on hold several times and did not make an effort to help me. I called to schedule the car wash owed to me and also address a strange sound coming from the brake pedal. After some time, following my negative review on your website, my representative Alejandro was able to contact me on February 16, 2024, and we scheduled an appointment for the next day, February 17, 2024. Upon arriving at the dealership at exactly 11:20 AM, I waited a few minutes for Alejandro, who eventually arrived, took my keys, and took the car to service to check the brakes. About 30 minutes later, he returned and informed me that there was nothing to worry about; they had identified the brake problem and fixed it. He instructed me to wait a few more minutes for them to wash the car, and then I could leave peacefully, asking me to remove the negative review I had left, which I did without any problem, and then I waited. At 1:50 PM, I messaged Alejandro asking why the car wash was taking so long. He did not respond, and shortly after, they brought me the truck. Upon receiving the truck, I found it in possibly worse condition than when I left it. Supposedly, it had undergone detailing, but it was completely dirty, and worse still, they had not fixed the brake pedal as promised. I contacted Alejandro again, showed him the photos of the truck while I was still outside the dealer, and he apologized, asking me to wait for 2 or 3 weeks max as they would order the spare part from the dealer. He offered that when the part arrives, I should return to the dealer, which is exactly 54.6 miles from my home, and they would fix the truck and wash it again to ensure my satisfaction. Furthermore, on my way home, I realized that my SunPass was not in the car. Upon arriving home, I checked my SunPass account to review the tolls registered, and indeed, the last toll I passed through with the SunPass was on my way to the dealership. Since then, February 17, 2024, I have been trying to contact the dealer and have received no response. Therefore, I am forced to leave a negative review again so that all potential customers can be cautious. Days pass, and I continue to call Alejandro and the dealership seeking help but have found nothing. After many attempts, days after, I spoke with the representative Mark, who could not help me at all; he just put me on hold until the call ended. The same happened with Ms. Ana Rios or Reyes again, on March 4, 2024, who, after answering the phone in a very unprofessional manner, in Spanish, saying only "Hola," lied to me by claiming she was the store manager. I explained the entire problem I had, and she confessed that she was not the manager, asking me to hold again. Obviously, she put me on hold, and the call was cut off after a few seconds. I tried calling several more times; again, Ana answered the phone but no longer spoke or put me on hold; she simply put the phone down and left me waiting on the line while I could hear her laughing with her colleagues in the background. ALMOST 2 MONTHS NOW AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE RESPONSE FROM THE DEALER. More

I knew exactly what I wanted. Dealership reached out to me with the Pacifica I wanted and confirmed the price and the zero percentage incentive. However, the last piece of paperwo Dealership reached out to me with the Pacifica I wanted and confirmed the price and the zero percentage incentive. However, the last piece of paperwork I signed included extras “that came” with the car but I was being charged extra money. I explained that I did not want or need nor were these things explained to me. Since I already spent two hours driving then another 2 hours at the dealership I continued with the purchase but made them aware I was mislead since this extra “that came” with the vehicle were not requested nor explained. The next day I found the “added” items on the dealership sticker price stuffed in the glove box. The price on that was never disclosed to me. If you do. It make this right I will submit a complaint to the DMV and the FTC. More

Lack respect and appreciation for the customer. Left the dealership, at night, with a new vehicle, less than 70miles on the vehicle. Shortly [near immediate] after, the vehicle oil life came up a Left the dealership, at night, with a new vehicle, less than 70miles on the vehicle. Shortly [near immediate] after, the vehicle oil life came up at 3% left; in the light of day a severe defect to one of the windows was easily noticeable. Less than 400 miles on the vehicle, out of pocket for $115 oil change; loss of a day with the vehicle as it was held in shop to replace the window at a different dealership. Aventura was dismissive and uncaring... basically relaying that I didn't need to change the oil and the window should have been covered by warranty. Still not 500 miles on the vehicle, and now the engine light is on. Outstanding "we owe" item; document [interestingly] not included with all the closing paperwork... after this review, I'd be surprised if it ever shows up. Waited a month since purchase; had hoped the “we owe” would have shipped, or at least an explanation as to why… since the purchase, the vehicle has been in the shop 18 days – I’ve owned it 29days. The clock ticks, as the vehicle remains in the shop. More

I can not still understand how the agreed selling price of the vehicle (approximately 42000) increased to almost 45000 $ at the lease. I know a special rebate on the vehicle for over 6000 $, and some had of the vehicle (approximately 42000) increased to almost 45000 $ at the lease. I know a special rebate on the vehicle for over 6000 $, and some had to be applied to recondition my trade. So, 42000, which was 3000 $ below the priced tag was fair to me, and I went along with the deal. They technically screwed me up big time in the financing! NOT COOL PEOPLE, but clever! Also, the vehicle was neither cleaned nor inspected correctly since I had to inflate all tires, including the spare, take it to wash, and put it in a deep vacuum. More
