I originally was assigned to Gary and he was over talking me and pushy. I didn't like that so I asked to be assigned to another sales person. They then gave me Beth, who was better at explaining my options, me and pushy. I didn't like that so I asked to be assigned to another sales person. They then gave me Beth, who was better at explaining my options, but eventually was impatient and rude. I think that it is the culture at this dealership that is messed up. Maybe the rudeness is because it is tax return season. I don't know. More

My wife and I needed a second car and so we decided to visit Avis Ford because my wife heard over the radio how Avis Ford conduct business in a honest and professional way. It is so true!! Mr. English was friendly, professional, and honest with us. My wife and I did not feel pressured into buying a car that we did not want. Bill English helped us out alot, he learns his customers and respect their wishes by listening to what the buyer wants in a car. He explained all features and new technology in the car which is great. Even our 19 year old son who wanted to buy a Honda was "taken away" by Mr. English's professionalism so much that he will be buying or leaseing a ford car in the next month or two with Mr.English as his agent. It appears that Mr. English and Avis Ford is our new dealer and dealership in doing more business in the very near future. The Qadah Family More
