JZ replies to every single email very quickly. Everyone is very polite and the selling process had a very personal feeling. BEST Ford dealership to buy a vehicle from!! Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They got the work done when they said they would, did a great job and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. At my request, they topped off my power s the work done when they said they would, did a great job and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. At my request, they topped off my power steering fluid (after Demmer Ford failed to do so as part of the 60,000 mile service) and didn't charge me for it. And they washed my car without even asking. Great Job! More
