The minute I walked in the dealership I was greeted promptly and offered a test drive with the vehicle I was interested in. I received and offer I couldn't refuse on my trade and was able to take my new vehicle home the same day. I have never had a more positive dealership experience than I have with Avis Ford. So long Bill Brown I will never purchase/lease from another Ford dealer again. I have and will highly recommend this dealership to friends and colleauges. More

My worst nightmare So a few weeks ago I wrote a review regarding my truck. The title was donewithit. It has now been about a total of 5-6 weeks since I took my truck i So a few weeks ago I wrote a review regarding my truck. The title was donewithit. It has now been about a total of 5-6 weeks since I took my truck in for a check engine light repair. I paid for a new timing chain and many sensors that they claimed were bad. When I brought my truck home, not only did the engine not run correctly but my power steering went put completely. I took the truck back in the next morning only for them to call me and say the power steering would be $1600 to fix. It wasn't broken when I took it in. They have now fixed that problem after speaking with one of the owners sons and headquarters but still have not determined what is wrong with the engine. Remember the timing chain repair was over $3,000. The truck is only 3 years old with 64,000 miles!!! Here is where it really gets good..... The service department called me today to inform me that they got in a pretty bad accident with my truck this morning while test driving it! I am not kidding I couldn't make up such a horrible car repair experience. I had arrangements made to have my truck pulled from Avis Ford and taken to another dealership this morning. Guess I can't do that now! This has got to be the worst dealership ever..... I urge you to never take a car there for any type of repair. They are rude, dishonest and incompetent. I will be contacting a lawyer as well as the better business bureau. I am also stopping payment from all repairs as my truck is not even drivable anymore! If I could give zero stars I would. More
Horrible Service Department and Staff Took my truck in for a check engine light. I was told it was a sensor then it was a timing chain ( truck only has 67,000 miles on it. Once I okay'd the repair I was called again with several other sensors and parts they claimed needed to be fixed. My engine was apart so I had no choice. The cost was now up to about 3,700 hundred dollars. After a few weeks I got the car back and drove it home. The engine was still acting funny at about 4000 rpm's and then the power steering went our. This was all on my way home from the dealership. I called that night and left a message. I took the truck back in and they called and said the power steering was out and would be another $1600 to fix. So now my engine still is mister forming and they broke the power steering when the hook the engine apart. I have filed a claim with my credit card to stop payment immediately. Service manager was very rude. I actually have a 2016 truck on order and will be canceling it. Service manager did not care about my ford loyalty and told me he didn't care if I bought another Ford or not, it was my choice. So ford expects me to pay almost $6,000 for a 3 year old brand new truck that they still haven't fixed. I gave been without my vehicle for over 3 weeks now. I have contacted headquarters and a lawyer!! More

The ups and downs of buying a Ford I contacted Avis Ford via email on a Saturday Jeremy Zumbrunnen called me on my cell phone within 10 min. with answers to my questions. After checki I contacted Avis Ford via email on a Saturday Jeremy Zumbrunnen called me on my cell phone within 10 min. with answers to my questions. After checking inventory and not finding anything close to what I was looking for he then ordered the truck I wanted, and it was delivered 5 weeks later. I have no complaints with Jeremy he did a great job. However I think Ford Motor should maybe rethink the ordering process. Why are rubber mats only avalible in the XL package? Why can't you get ruby red metallic in the the XL package. I don't think you should force customers to pay for things they don't need or can't use, I bought this F-250 crew cab for work tool boxes will be installed in the back seat and a rack will be installed from front to back, so I have no use for a rear seat or tow hooks that I had to pay for. More
Horrible Customer Service I have now had 3 horrible experiences with this dealership. 1st experience was with the Sales team. Attempted to purchase new vehicle and Sales person I have now had 3 horrible experiences with this dealership. 1st experience was with the Sales team. Attempted to purchase new vehicle and Sales person would not work with me whatsoever. I walked out of the dealership and bought the same car from Suburban Ford the same day. 2nd experience was with the Service center. My 2013 Taurus SHO had a loose roof rail molding. I went into the car wash and the molding flew off. I took it to the Service Center and they wanted to charge me for fixing it. The car wasn't even 6 months old. The 3rd experience takes the cake. I had a loud clicking sound whenever the vehicle turned left or right. It was loud and you could hear it every time it turned. I scheduled a 7:00 am drop off since this dealership is by my work and I live in Macomb. I needed to be back in my part of town by 5pm to pick up my son. I placed a call @ 1:30pm and was told the car still hadn't been looked at. I never received a follow up call. I went to the dealership at 4pm and was told the car just got assigned to a tech. I was then told at 5pm nothing was wrong with the car. I drove away frustrated and turned out of the garage. I didn't get out of the parking lot when I heard the noise again. I went back in and asked another Service employee to come out and listen. He obliged and immediately heard the issue. He asked me to drive it back around. We then spoke to Tonia whose only words to me were " we don't have any cars for you to take home. Can you drop it off tomorrow?" I left the service center and placed 2 calls back to Avis. I left a voicemail for the Service Manager and also called the survey line on my receipt. I didn't receive any follow up calls for the horrible customer service and the best part was the receipt given was for another customer. So another customer had my paperwork with phone # / address and I had theirs. Will never bring my car back to Avis Ford. I took my car to Milne Ford and they had it diagnosed within the hour and parts received next day. More
