From day 1 he was so pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. He isn’t like any other salesman I ever encountered. He genuinely cares and tries to help you out as best as possible! I drove 5 hours from NJ and he made the process super simple keeping me updated on everything from the beginning. I left the dealership SUPER happy all because of Michael. I’d also like to thank Tom (the credit guy) for getting all the paperwork completed and ready to go for me and working hard to get me the best APR rate and payment possible. I’d definitely come back to Massachusetts , drive 5 hours again in the pouring rain, just to have Michael & Tom help me. They are truly amazing and I couldn’t thank them enough!!! Their prices of the cars in their inventory were priced perfectly and fairly (unlike other dealerships who rip you off). This dealership is HIGHLY RECCOMENDED to anyone seeking a newer car with WONDERFUL customer service :)! More

No nonsense. I walked in and was greeted nicely by Peter. I had a car in mind, and snap, there I am test driving it. To boot they have thoroughly serviced the car including 4 new tires. I pick the car up tomorrow and couldn’t be more delighted.
