Hi Cory, Thank you for reaching out to me. This will be the third time trying to discuss the accessories that were rolled over to the price of the vehicle. I would like to remove the Karr Security Alarm from the Vehicle. I do not need an alarm that is $1595.00 . The system is not a requirement to obtain financing or the purchase of the vehicle. Where is the Disclosure? WHAT DID I PAY $2585 FOR? I have no paperwork showing me what this represents. The Optional items on the proposal differ from what is on the Addendum. Were these presented as option items that could be negotiated or were they presented as Required? If you can help me with this Please let me know. Elizabeth Medina

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I want to clarify the steps we took regarding the concern you reported with your 2022 Altima. When the hesitation on startup was initially brought to our attention, our team diagnosed low engine compression and replaced the engine at no charge to you. This was done to fully address the issue. Afterward, you reported that the concern persisted. Our service team was unable to duplicate the issue during your follow-up visit. We recommended that you bring the vehicle in when the problem could be observed, but we never received the vehicle back for further evaluation.
