The service was quick, everyone is friendly, and I like that they don't pressure me about recommended services. I like that they are sent to me while I'm waiting, and I receive a report. My only complaint is that they don't actually inspect the fluids, and instead just look in the computer for when it was last done. This is not accurate as I may have done it somewhere else, and I don't consider this a quality inspection. How am I supposed to know if something actually needs done if it's not being checked under my hood? More

Absolute complete and utter unprofessionalism. We were never greeted by the salesman. We asked to drive a used car and then saw a new pathfinder we liked, that they are so afraid someone might ste We were never greeted by the salesman. When I asked if I could have the doors open it took an act of God to have him open them. The second I left one side to walk around the other, he locked it. These are barely 40k cars. I'm WAS a potential customer...but then you acted like it was a Ferrari dealership and I was trying to steal it. LASTLY, and most importantly, your incompetent salesperson accused my son of driving poorly on the test drive and had us run off the lot by the sales manager. Are you kidding? We were at Mercedes yesterday and he was driving cars worth 3 times as much as this trash. Nissan is going bankrupt for a reason and you should really watch what you say about someone's child. Totally inappropriate and unacceptable. There was NOTHING wrong with his driving, your salesperson on the other hand should just stick to being a Porter. PERIOD!!! Would never do business with liars anyway. Just because he didn't want to let us drive the Pathfinder. Or maybe it's because one of us was Black...hmmmm. More
