Ok over all. . but I had to go behind them after having the engine replaced just over a year ago.. my AC unit wasn’t working and my window button assembly was brok . but I had to go behind them after having the engine replaced just over a year ago.. my AC unit wasn’t working and my window button assembly was broken because they swapped mine out when the vehicle was parked there for about 6 weeks and waiting on a replacement engine. It’s obvious they took mine out and used to fix or troubleshoot somebody else’s I say this because when Inordered the one in it it was an 2007-2012 not my 2006… when they pulled the vehicle up for me to take possession my window controls for the driver was covered with duct tape.. I thought it was strange until I went to use it and none of my windows rolled down right.. I turned around in the parking lot and took the vehicle back! 3 days later I’m told I needed a new ac compressor, power steering pump (I knew I needed that) and I think rack and pinion Oh and they wanted $300 to troubleshoot the window problem on top of the over $5k for a new ac compressor, rack and pinion… again I had none of these issues other than a leaky power steering pump.. before the engine was replaced. Smart xxx service guy was aware I had 20 plus years in electronics and told me to fix it (the window electrical) myself.. and I did for a new assembly off Amazon for under $25.. Prior to this they said I needed a new intake after the engine was replaced because the new engine idled like it was only running on 5 cylinders instead of 6.. well I got the part and installed it myself same issues… because the engine was still under warranty they did a thorough diagnosis and found out the remanufactured engine from their vendor had low compression (Nissan no longer make engines that old 2006) and that’s when the issues above happened while my vehicle was waiting on another engine… which was NOT NISSANS fault… Fast forward a year and all is fine with the engine… I’m just glad I didn’t pay them plus $5k for things I fixed for under $300. More
