My review I make an appointment a week ahead, drop car off the night before and no one looks at it until 2:30 pm. Can not complete the job on the same day. Diagnosed the next day and repaired the following day.. 3 days without transportation. The same thing happened in May. I have a Ford. When I take it to Bob Gillingham, if it can not be repaired the same day, they lend you a car. I am satisfied with the work done on my Terrain. More
