Jayme and Steve went out of there way to try and find me a vehicle. The first vehicle had some unforeseen problems, that the previous owner had left out. They both kept their eyes open and a couple weeks later, they found me the perfect car! The only thing I have to do to this car is charge the air conditioner, which is an easy feat as my husband knows how to do that. Everybody at Axelrod was so accommodating, kind, friendly, warm and professional, especially Jayme and Steve! Also the detailers did a beautiful job cleaning the inside and outside of my car! I am a very happy customer and will continue to use them in the future. More

Very friendly and no pressure to buy Several months ago I came to Axelrod to buy a new car but it didn’t work out. I wasn’t able to find what I wanted at the price I could afford. Six mo Several months ago I came to Axelrod to buy a new car but it didn’t work out. I wasn’t able to find what I wanted at the price I could afford. Six months later I was able to get approval through my credit union and I went car shopping. I remembered how friendly the sales people were from my last visit and how they followed up with me. I returned to Axelrod and I was greeted by Steve Cseke who was able to answer all my questions and direct me to vehicles within my budget. At no time did I feel any pressure and I was very clear about what I wanted. Steve was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend you come see him if you are in need of a new vehicle. Quick oil change & repair I was in for an oil change & chrome repair on my bumper. They ordered my part which was there next day & scheduled my service appt. Being that it was I was in for an oil change & chrome repair on my bumper. They ordered my part which was there next day & scheduled my service appt. Being that it was a Monday morning & they were busy we didn't have a long wait & stayed busy in the play room as I had my toddler with me. I paid less for my oil change than I would have at a lube stop or valvoline so yes I was very happy with my service, the time & money I spent & everyone I dealt with while we were there. More
