I've been looking for 6 months to make a purchase only to be irritated, lied to, mislead, wasted entire days, sometimes only few minutes because I would arrive and leave within ten minutes of the arrogance, trying to have me buy a car I didn't want, I could go on for days! Because of such grueling experiences I'd stop looking for couple weeks, then back to the miserable process again I'd go........I'm still in shock at the AWESOME experience I had here at Axelrod! Integrity from beginning to end! From the first phone call and email to the delivery of my Jeep Wrangler! I drove 2 hours away to make this purchase and will do it again in the future for sure! Rachel, Carl and Gary are Awesome! The aura when you walk in speaks for itself. Everyone from customers to employees had a genuine smile on their face, appeared relaxed and having fun while doing business. I can DEFINITELY say this is my first experience in purchasing a vehicle where I left with a smile on my face! I could make this pages long with specifics of quality service provided. Definitely a Quality NOT quantity dealership! I can't thank you guys enough, just know I will be back, not sure how you guys will feel about that....... Ha ha! Now off to Jeepfest! More

Satisfied Customer We needed to find a vehicle quickly as my husband had been involved in a car accident and we had limited time for vehicle shopping. Axelrod Buick GMC We needed to find a vehicle quickly as my husband had been involved in a car accident and we had limited time for vehicle shopping. Axelrod Buick GMC's website was helpful on us finding a vehicle before traveling around and wasting time and gasoline. They have convenient hours and when we went there in person, we dealt with Tom Reppucci. Tom is a very friendly and helpful salesperson. Tom explained everything about the vehicle and then went with us on a test drive. There were a couple of things we were concerned about and he had the vehicle serviced further for us. He also personally test drove the vehicle again to make sure the things we asked to be serviced, were completed. When we returned to the dealership, Tom went on another test drive with us before we made the final decision to purchase the vehicle. Tom also is good on returning telephone calls and following up after the sale of the vehicle to make sure we are happy and to make sure we had a great experience. I would recommend this dealership to others. The staff seems to work together well and they seem like they care about their customer's satisfaction. Dolly Yowler More
