When you lie to a customer and say that a form to sign is for an inspection and it turns out to be a warranty plan (and not even a good one) that costs $3000. I should have been more careful signing for sure More

I see that your review changed after 2 weeks of your purchase date. I remember when you were here you were super excited with our service and our team and couldn't stop talking how good we are. We are sorry that you feel this way, but unfortunately after having 30 signatures from you it is hard to dispute any unwanted items or transactions.... Nevertheless I did offer you a reimbursement even though you were loud and causing a scene in our showroom.. I am sorry we couldn't come to agreement because you were demanding a "check for 3000 dollars... (which is much larger than our profit margins)

I stand by my statement. It wasn’t the fact that I discovered this late. It’s more you kept changing the story on the product and did not take the time to point out exactly that it was an optional product. You said it was mandatory. You said you wouldn’t have sold me the truck in hindsight had I not taken the product. You said finally at the end you will try to give me $500 but I have to sign a waiver releasing you of any wrongdoing. To me that was a huge red flag. You can’t sit here and tell me that it’s ethical to say something is part of a inspection but really it’s an aftermarket warranty and it’s not even a good one. It covers “Paint” and the “windshield” and that costs $3000? xxxx couldn’t have even been something that covers electronics or something? What kills me is Vlad’s dishonestly yesterday throughout my visit. Me getting loud was at the end because at the end I saw this for what it was: a way to get an extra $3000 out of a customer that they didn’t want. So take some responsibility for your actions. I take responsibility for the fact that I signed it and was a little too trustworthy of you guys. You didn’t even let me know the radio didn’t work. Nah. I’m not a child. I’ve bought a few used cars and the level of service I got AFTER THE SALE was never as bad as this. You straight up told me used cars sometimes come with problems. ISNT YOUR 101 point inspection supposed to catch those problems? And then to insinuate that I caused the radio to not work is mind blowing nah this one star review was greatly earned. I’m sorry it affects the sales rep but people need to know nice friendly service from a used car dealership never is true. They always want to get one over on you.
