Our experience at BMW Cleveland for the purchase of our 2020 X3 was exceptional, starting with the manager Dan greeting us at the door and asking what our needs were. Joe Chern our sales rep was extremely personable and a pleasure to work through what turned out to be a complex and time consuming process, as our 2015 328 GT was in repair at a competing shop in Detroit where I had a collision. We found and immediately favored a car on the lot of BMW Cleveland ... and felt we had the complete package ... the car in Detroit remained in the shop for a full month ... we brought it in as a trade, and again we received a very good result...as Dan and Joe worked out the numbers. Warranty discussion and financing also went smoothly, and much to our satisfaction. Love the car... my second BMW... and something like the 6th or 7th BMW we have owned. More

There is something special about the people that work for a dealership that is recommended by other dealers in competing markets. My experience for this review is shaped by Daniel Cowen who spent more time with me talking about our lives, lifestyles, family, travel, food, entertainment and personal experiences longer than that of the vehicle. You can purchase or lease a vehicle at any dealership or online but it is the experience that lasts longer than the purchase and delivery. I met with Daniel months before the actual purchase where he helped me to understand the benefits of waiting. There was a followup text from our first meeting jus thanking me for stopping in and assuring me there was no pressure to purchase but a reminder that I was always welcome to return regardless of my intent to buy or lease. So when I did choose to proceed there was no pressure, no up-selling and there were constant reminders of what I could do to save me time, money and enhance my experience and get on with enjoying the drive. I was alerted to the readiness of my vehicle days in advance by Brian Katic whereby all necessary paperwork and procedural details were completed before my arrival. I was picked up at a competing dealership by Bobby Ozersky who would later take more than an hour to demonstrate all of the operational and technical features of my vehicle to my satisfaction with the assurance of his availability should I ever have any further questions or needed assistance Upon arrival at Cleveland BMW I was greeted in the showroom by my brand new Misano Blue Metalic BMW X M40 with a humongous red ribbon on its hood! Daniel had remembered when we were talking that I had mentioned an extraordinary experience I once had with a previous BMW purchase. These are the details and reasons why people go and return to dealerships: personal relationships and bonds. That is why I can Unequivocally recommend the fine people (Daniel Cowen, Bryan Katic, Bobby Ozersky and my test driver Hussain Syed) who spent so much time making sure the entire experience was phenomenal and focused on my enjoyment of the car. I feel I am as the certificate I was given before I left the dealership stated"Welcome to the BMW Cleveland family". More
