This last purchase was consistent with the first and second - honest up-front discussions on features and pricing, honest and genuine input from Debbie on worthwhile features for me (saving me $$ on those features not important to me) - with the process basically being that Debbie and BMW Cleveland do exactly what they say. I will be coming back to them for future purchases. Service throughout the years has been A-1 as well. For those in Cleveland, you should look into their Summer/Winter tire change service. Reasonable cost, and they store the tires! More
