We had always loved the look of BMW and had heard that the quality was excellent so we decided to purchase one. We only had the vehicle for a couple weeks and the leveler sensor came on also a few other minor things had popped up. Since we only had driven the car 400 miles I called the dealership and asked if they would take care of these issues. They absolutely did and then some. They went above and beyond our expectations the fixed all the issues and did it promptly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know because they have integrity and they stand behind there products. Our salesman was very courteous and wanted to make sure we were satisfied and happy. The entire company is professional and pays attention to details. Thanks so much!! More

Once I determined the car I wanted most, we were able to agree on a price quickly that was well below MSRP. We purchased the X5. We also appreciated the direct, no nonsense approach by Doug Janco in negotiating the selling price of the X5. When we took delivery of our new BMW 5X, Max Frankel described the control features of the vehicle.
