I got a phone call from Jim Balala of BMW Cleveland on a Wednesday and Saturday my car was delivered to my home in Houston ,Texas. No 4 hour session of q&a or who shot Jonn . It was a great price on the Internet and they stood by the price. I told them how I wanted to do it and they obliged with delivery to my home in less than the amount of time they'd promised. A very pleasant experience and the only way I'll ever purchase another vehicle, and if that means getting cars shipped from Cleveland, Ohio, then so be it. Upon arrival he got me started with the used car manager, Lamont Williams to have my trade in appraised. Next Avery went over all my options on the lot taking his time to explain all details of each. I finally decided on a car to purchase with the help on Doug Janco. Along the way Debbie Bednar stopped in and she pointed out a possibility for me and between the two of them I picked out a beautiful car that was perfect in my price range with all the equipment and then some I wanted. I was able to take the car home to let my wife look it over and approve my choice. which she did. In the morning my son and I returned with the car and Avery had the car taken in to be prepped and we worked on the paperwork. Joe Tracey completed finance papers. Professionally Assisted In Acquiring The Right Vehicle Having spent some time on-line "building" the BMW I needed to replace two cars: one a convertible and the other an AWD sedan, Avery Wieder emailed me Having spent some time on-line "building" the BMW I needed to replace two cars: one a convertible and the other an AWD sedan, Avery Wieder emailed me to see if he could be of assistance. Without repetitive messages he worked in accordance with my schedule (and the Winter weather) to arrange a test drive and learn my preferences. He demonstrated the technology involved with the powertrain in the 428i and answered my concerns with going to a 4 cylinder motor. I became convinced that this model with X-drive was what I was seeking. He showed me the convertible top's operation and went over the package options. I liked the fact that BMW offers a metal folding top and includes maintenance in the purchase price. Avery helped me select a lease option with an "investment" feature to leverage future savings and make my new "daily driver" a pragmatic reality. Overall, this has been a terrific experience and I'm getting compliments from family, friends and colleagues alike. More
