You're welcome! Actually, I sorry Mr jeepowner7 had such an unpleasant experience. When I frist met him almost a year ago he told me what he looking for; basically, a CPO vehicle in above-average condition for a below-average price, and only in certain color combinations. I called numerous times whenever new inventory arrived, but each was found wanting. In the meantime, during this same time period over 500 customers found a CPO vehicle to their liking at our dealership. Finally, I agreed with his suggestion that his best bet was a new vehicle. I handle CPO only, so after that I lost contact. In fairness to Ryan, it's very possible that a customer wanting a lease quote on the first morning of the month will have to wait until the manufacturer releases the rates and residuals later in the day. Frustrating, to be sure, but certainly not intentional on our part. As far as improper languae goes - I have no answer for that. I certainly don't remember anything of the kind, and Ryan looks and acts professionally at all times. Lastly, regarding my comments about Classic BMW; I would never malign a fellow dealer. They have a beautiful facility and do a good job. My comment was meant to convey that I choose to work for BMW Cleveland because we have a dedicated CPO showroom, which is true. Selling CPO is my only job. As one of the top CPO sales advisors in the country I take my job seriously. Constructive criticism is always welcome. Cheap shots are not.
