From designing the vehicle on the BMW USA website to tracking its journey from Germany, through production, painting, interior finishing, and finally to the dealership — it was exciting to see every step of the process come to life. Michael was a true professional — knowledgeable, patient, never pushy, and genuinely focused on helping me make the best decision. The entire experience felt smooth, transparent, and customer-focused from beginning to end. 10/10 — I’d highly recommend BMW Concord to anyone looking for a premium car-buying experience done right. I want to say dealership has a great appearance, I was greeted right away by the Porter. I was helped right away by Francis.
