Ever since sunrise took over the service dept , the care of the vehicle has become impersonal. Little to no explanations of the service provided, asking for payment before car has been picked up or any cont of the vehicle has become impersonal. It’s difficult to trust a place when the personal skills of the representative are lacking. Christopher lacked skills. I specifically requested things to be done when I scheduled the appt, had my husband drop off the car bc of work and only one thing got done even after I tried texting with the rep. When I picked up the car I was told “I know you texted me but I got busy to return the text”. Then, I was told to wait outside for my car. It took them about 15 minutes, not too long but long enough for me to be uncomfortable in the 95 degree heat. I am looking to upgrade my car but won’t be going to this dealership since I prefer getting my service done in the service dept of the dealerships I use and this one is sub par. I have been used to the Lexus and the BMW service (as it was in the past), it’s too bad things have changed. Had I been offered to go to their little waiting area where they have the couches and coffee machine I could’ve perhaps looked at the cars in the showroom and be tempted to get a new car! I did discuss with the lady who helped make the appt that I was looking forward to getting a larger model loaner to test it out since I’m on the market for a bigger suv. Well, after this experience and past few with the service dept as it’s ran by sunwise, I’ll rather look elsewhere. More

The service department responded to questions &gave a full account at approximate cost & timeline of service. Felipe Maramba was outstanding as my service rep.
