I promptly called my service representative, Victor. He skillfully managed to arrange everything, ensuring that my car was towed to the dealership and that both of my batteries were replaced. To top it off, he even provided me with a loaner vehicle, which was a lifesaver and saved me from a potentially frustrating afternoon.
