While I had arrived late during a week day, I was welcomed by Danny to look at a 650 that he has listed. I am pleasantly surprised by the hassle-free purchasing experience in the dealership. Price negotiation was fast and minimal, and there is no such nonsense like going back-and-fro about the asking-the-mana experience in the dealership. The price I got was good, although I thought if I had "worked" harder I would get a somewhat slightly better price. Anyway, I am happy with price and happy with the car, which so far has performed very satisfactory. Danny was a very good sale-man, and is very easy to work with -- unlike any other sale persons that I had experienced before. He is not pushy, is very friendly, attentive and prompt . I would recommend him very much. Even the financing person at tehe dealership is not pushy -- there is no hard selling of any unwanted stuffs -- just some questions of yes or no. More

My husband and I have had a relationship with BMW Concord for the past 6 years through sales and service. We have continually brought our M3 and X5 back to Andrew to take car of. All we need to do is tell him our problems and concerns and he gets us a ride home and back to the dealer when it's ready. Andrew has made it comfortable enough for me to call him for any problem I'm experiencing. Once when a light popped up while I was driving, I called and he went so far as to talk me through different processes to see if we could get rid of a light that had come up on my dashboard. He consistantly gives updates and I feel secure having him take care of my car and services it perfectly! More
