I have purchased one BMW at this dealership. I have also serviced two different BMW's here over the last three years. Ive bought two other cars before and the experience was horrible. I was dreading having to go through another four hour ordeal but was totally surprised with the kind of service I received. Danny was not pushy, which I loved. In the past I would get really bothered by all the pressure of the salesmen. He gave you the room to breathe and was very helpful in looking for the car of my dreams. He showed us every detail of the car and showed us how to use all the things in the car. In the past no one has ever done that for me. He answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Signing the papers for the car was easy and did not take as much time as I would have expected. The next thing I knew I was driving away in my new car and I could not believe the easy and smooth process it had been.
