I made contact with Mr. Andrade via the internet. From our very first conversation on the phone he was friendly and helpful. (450 miles to the south), he immediately when out to the car and took digital pictures of the interior and the exterior and emailed them to me. On the following Saturday I made the drive to Concord BMW, and in a short one hour visit, I purchased the car, and was on my way. When I arrived, the car had just been detailed and was ready for me to test drive. I have been a BMW owner since 1994, and have dealt me numerous So. California BMW dealers.
