Danny is the most thorough and informative salesman I have ever dealt with. He absolutley bends over backward to get you the car YOU want and a great deal financially as well. Danny was by far the quickest and the most professional, dependable, courteous, up front, and fun. He never once let me down from beginning to end. I received exemplary service and support from Danny Andrade. Recently, I purchased a brand-new BMW 330Ci convertible through the European Delivery program. Both my original dealer and his replacement Andrade. Recently, I purchased a brand-new BMW 330Ci convertible through the European Delivery program. Both my original dealer and his replacement departed prior to the re-delivery of my vehicle in the U.S. A potential nightmare situation? Not at all. Danny Andrade took over the management of my vehicle’s re-delivery--tracking the car’s progress across the Atlantic Ocean, informing me of dealer-installed options, and providing me with the BMW Car and Key Memory Customer Selection Form. Mr. Andrade was friendly, personable, courteous and professional. He was easily accessible by cell phone and e-mail, and always promptly returned my phone calls and replied to e-mails. Mr. Andrade’s level of service and support, however, went beyond the call of duty. My car was due to arrive on a Friday. That Wednesday, Mr. Andrade informed me that there was a possibility of the car arriving a day earlier. This would have been exciting news generally, because I had been eagerly anticipating my reunion with the car after dropping it off in Munich 6 weeks earlier. More importantly, however, my girlfriend had been in Europe for a month, and was arriving at San Francisco Airport that same day. The possibility of surprising her with the new car was a tempting dream. Mr. Andrade made that dream a reality. The car arrived on Thursday morning, a day earlier as Mr. Andrade had anticipated. He informed the BMW staff that my car had to be ready at 3 p.m. and pushed them to expedite the usual dealer preparation process. When I arrived at the dealership at 3, my car was waiting for me. It had been washed and programmed with all the personal options that I requested—all at record pace. Unbelievable! Thanks to Mr. Andrade, I surprised my girlfriend at the San Francisco Airport with the new car. It is a memory that we will always cherish. Mr. Andrade has set the finest example of courtesy to customers and pure professionalism. Even though he was not my original dealer, Mr. Andrade treated my file as if it were his own, and the transition process could not have gone smoother. I can say with certainty that this was the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. BMW’s high level of customer service matches the impeccable engineering and craftsmanship of its vehicles. Danny was great to work with. Our daughter wanted a certain type of Mini and he was able to get it put together for us. The financing was a breeze, and the attention to detail was superb.
