The car received a warning that it needed a quart of oil and to add it as soon as possible. I went in on Sunday and was told Service is Closed / Parts are closed. "You can go down the street to the auto par and to add it as soon as possible. I went in on Sunday and was told Service is Closed / Parts are closed. "You can go down the street to the auto parts Store," I explained not all oil is the same, then was told I can leave my car over night and find an Uber to get me home, they will advise on service on Monday. Not much in the way of service. I have used this place for many years and had no complaints until this past two years after the remodel. Expectation is if they sell a three year service and will not fill the oil until there is a warning, seems the dealership is short on effort, and would have a contingency plan to help people a bit more. Very concerned about the messaging from the dealer; actions and words of No and Can not help are well understood at this point. More
