Highly do not recommend this terrible dealership, especially if you are unlucky enough to come across Ryan Chao. I inquired about a deal on a vehicle and instead of offering professional assistance, especially if you are unlucky enough to come across Ryan Chao. I inquired about a deal on a vehicle and instead of offering professional assistance, he tried to act like some sort of high-roller and accused me of "playing cat and mouse". Not sure why he thinks anyone would want to waste their time with him playing "cat and mouse", but his behavior left me with the impression that this dealership is unprofessional and disorganized. I ended up going to East Bay BMW in Pleasanton, where the staff was far more knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful in guiding me toward the right vehicle. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place, especially Ryan Chao! More

Have a great experience in this dealer. My 2014 BMW I3 has battery failure it, after 10years with 128000 miles. Thanks to Vitor, helping me quickly request a warranty from BMW.
