This a review on the sales process. Danny Andrade made the whole sales process soooooo easy. Because we did a lot of the interaction online, we did not have to waste a day at the dealership haggling back the whole sales process soooooo easy. We got a great deal and did the what-use-to-be-time-consuming numbers bidding all via e-mail over the course of the week, then after reaching the agreed on number, submitted all the necessary financial documentation by e-mail also so that when we got to the dealership on Saturday afternoon, all we had to do was sign the paperwork and get the introduction on the vehicle. We did a similar process at British Motor Cars, but with Danny at BMW Concord, it was far smoother and most efficient in using of everyone's time--ours and the BMW Concord staff. Lesson to BMW of SF, THIS is how you do a sale! More

Danny Andrade was my salesperson- he provided OUTSTANDING customer service. Excellent product knowledge. Very patient (I couldn't decide on a model & must have test driven every model he had) and helped me customer service. Excellent product knowledge. Concord BMW is very clean and well maintained. They have numerous employees who are very polite and professional. They have a large inventory of cars. When lease was over, we went looking for him and he was very honest and helpful. Lamar and Concord BMW was willing to work with us on the price (in 2007) and put us in the right car for us. We did not find that kind of attitude and service at a different Bay Area BMW dealer. We were led to check out Concord BMW because we live in San Francisco & saw the liceanse plate holders and also the courtesy cars that advertised "concrod BMW." That is the reason we thought about going over to Concord to check things out, and were were very happy with what we found. More
As this was an insurance issue, I was adamant that ALL costs be assessed prior to the authorization. I didn't want to end up with additional adjustments/additions to the cost of the repair. I kept getting calls for additional parts and labor, which I needed to try to resolve with insurance. The cost was extremely high ($13k) and there was NO actual collision damage to be repaired. Additional charges kept getting communicated to me because it simply "wouldn't look right" unless they "blended" the paint into another area. In the end I was resolved to pay an additional $500 of my own money so that the entire car would simply be repainted, thus avoiding any "blending". But it wasn't. It was clear that they did NOT paint the entire car because there were legacy ding marks on the passenger side door that would have gone away. I was also told it would get a service. That also did not happen because the service warning has not been reset. I am quite confident that had I done some checking, I would have found an independent shop that would have taken better care of me, and for far less money. It is infuriating that $13,000 apparently does not cover painting the entire vehicle, and giving it a service, to say nothing of addressing other things such as the interior door panel which was missed. It is important to note that I have always been extremely pleased with the service center in Concord. At my first visit, a young lady met me at the car and offered me coffee before I was even checked in. Very first class! But the collision center seemed segregated from the dealership. They seemed to be far more interested in maximizing their profit, than with delivering a quality repair, and excellent experience. All at my expense. Never again. Sean Harris More
