Found exactly what I wanted! My 2016 328i lease was up and I needed to find the same color and trim in a 2018. I visited my local BMW dealership in Roseville, CA the weekend before and they had no inventory. So I decided to call other BMW dealerships located at a reasonable distance. I was beginning to feel discouraged. Until I called BMW Concord (100 miles away). Sheila picked up the phone and was really friendly and easy to work with. She said they had 2 vehicles in stock to my liking. We narrowed it down to 1. After exchanging a few text messages on downpayment and monthly rate we came to a deal. I drove an hour and a half only to find out another customer had committed to buying my car 😕. There was a mixup with marking the car as sold and Sheila had thought it was available. After a few minutes at looking at a different car, I realized the deal most likely would not happen. I was very down at that point, especially driving for an hour and a half to get what I wanted. Well, Sheila seeing this, was able to pull some strings and offer me the original car I came in for. I was there and ready to make a deal so they were able to offer it to me. We ran into few speed bumps at financing, at no fault of Sheila so I was not able to drive the car off the lot that day because their finance department closed. Not to worry, Sheila offered to drive the car over the next day. She was super personable throughout the entire process and very informative. I highly recommend her even if you are out of town. She was worth the drive to deal with. If you’re in the market for a BMW definitely go through her. Sheila is the best sales advisory I’ve ever dealt with! More

This was our second trip to the Concord Show room. We were in search of a smaller SUV. We purchased a certified pre-owned X3. Rod was very patient, courteous, knowledgeable & professional during both visits. He went above & beyond in answering all of our questions and showing us alternate vehicles in varying colors. He even worked through his lunch break to ensure we were taken care of during our financing and finishing up the required paperwork. I will recommend Rod to friends and family in search of a BMW in the future! Rod is a great assest to your team! Thanks for providing excellent customer service! More
Bad experience I have made an appointment for my vehicle service and reserved a service loaner. When I came to BMW Concord service dept. on time for my appointment I I have made an appointment for my vehicle service and reserved a service loaner. When I came to BMW Concord service dept. on time for my appointment I was told that the loaner that has been reserved for me isn't available. I had to wait over an hour there just to get my vehicle back, because I was told it was blocked by other cars. I was very unhappy having wasted my precious business time for nothing there. I work in IT from home and was not expecting this run around from a luxury brand, but, regrettably, gave the BMW Concord another chance and had re-scheduled my second service visit. Before coming to the second appointment I had called BMW Concord and inquired about the availability of my reserved loaner vehicle. I was put on hold and after receptionist had conferred with their loaner desk employee I was told that my loaner vehicle is available. When I came in to the BMW Concord on time for my second appointment, I was told again that the loaner vehicle reserved for my appoinment was given to someone else and no available loaner vehicles left. I left this sorrow place again having wasted my business time for the second time and scheduled the service appoinment with the Weatherford BMW in Berkeley. On the same day of my second unfortunate visit to the BMW Concord service dept. my husband has called and left a message with the service manager Mark Abram about my "Luxury BMW experience". Unfortunately this employee of the BMW Concord has chosen a low road and simply ignored to call back to apologize for my wasted time and crushed expectations of a decent customer service at the BMW Concord to remedy this bad situation. He simply ignored the message left on his business phone voice mail and has never called back. Yesterday my husband came to the Weatherford BMW in Berkeley and after leaving my vehicle for the service was given a reserved loaner vehicle, brand new 2019 BMW X5. He was in and out of the dealership in less than 5 minutes. We do not recommend the people to give their business to the BMW Concord. More
