Great experience with Concord BMW (JV Huynh) I requested a test drive on a certified pre-own BMW 5-series. I came in with my entire family and we were greeted by JV when we came in. He made us feel very comfortable and feel no obligation for the entire visit. After the test drive, we found out there is a chip on the front bumper, he was able to get the chip fixed and repainted the bumper before I committed to buy!! I went to another BMW dealer in the easy bay, they want me to buy the car first and then come back to fix the issues! JV worked out the deal with me and I'm very happy to buy the car from Concord BMW. JV also took care of a couple more issues that I found after I brought the car home. Ken, the BMW Genius, patiently went thru the features and functionalities of the car a couple times with me, that saved me a lot of time from reading the user manual. I will definitely go back to Concord BMW in the future. More

Only small issue was when it came down to the numbers, it was bit like pulling teeth to get away from the monthly payment discussion and instead get to a final number discussion.
