We had some time, Jackie started making suggestions as all good salespeople do. I asked her for something rare and after a little searching, she found one that had just arrived that day at the lot. We drove it, and that was the mistake, it was so awesome I had to simply make an offer. -The car was a little more expensive than my original desired car expense, but Jackie and whoever is behind the big door worked out a price and a financing option that made the deal work. I will be certain to use Jackie again. We met when I called in January of 2017 to find out if a certain BMW I had been researching was available. That particular had just sold that day and I put the whole thing behind me. A month later I get a call from Jackie letting me know that a pristine version of the car I was asking about had just arrived at the shop and let me know that it would be ready for a test drive the next day. Not wanting to miss out again, I hopped in my Raptor and drove to Concord from Redding, CA. Quite a drive, but upon arrival, a very friendly Jackie approached me and we got the deal done. We worked with Jackie by phone and email to finalize deal terms, and we got an excellent price from BMW Concord. When we returned to the dealership to pick up the car the transaction went very smoothly, no surprise fees, etc. Delivery of the car was easy, and Jackie was great at showing us the car’s features. Part of the delivery process included meeting with one of their technical experts to point out iDrive settings etc. – Jackie actually knew more than the expert in many areas. This is the 4th time I’ve bought a BMW and compared to my previous purchases this was the easiest, most informative, and I feel the best deal.
