Below expectations I bought a used BMW from this dealer. The salesman was good, very friendly but not really willing to make a better deal. The car was in great condition but had a missing DVD navigation. I was okay to buy a replacement DVD from this dealership. When I received the DVD, it did not work. I called several times to the parts department but I kept getting transferred to the service department who can review the problem. Never got a call back. I then went to my local BMW dealership and they gave me an old navigation disc to use and it worked!!! I called back and left a message at Concord BMW to see if I can get a replacement DVD. Still no call back. More
