What a great experience buying a M3!! I was looking to buy a 2015 M3 and found one that I want at Concord BMW. As soon as I called them, Gary took my phone call and told me that the car wa I was looking to buy a 2015 M3 and found one that I want at Concord BMW. As soon as I called them, Gary took my phone call and told me that the car was still available. We started working on a deal and pre-approving application to secure the car. He worked so hard throughout the sales process and that was the smoothest purchasing experience I have dealt for a car ever. I flew in the next day and Gary was at the airport to pick me up on time. All the paper work was done in timely manner and he even got us BMW tumblers for me and my wife because he had us waited little longer than he thought it would be. (It wasn't even really long time to wait.) Even thought it was little far from where I live, I would definitely come back and buy more BMWs from him in the future. Thank you Gary for everything! First Class treatment.. I had an older Mercedes SL and was looking to replace it with another roadster. I came into BMW Concord expecting the high pressure and lies like I experienced at the other dealership, and to my surprise, it was the opposite. I had a salesman by the name of Boris and he did not pressure and was very upfront. I bought my first BMW Z4. I had a few minor adjustments and options that I wanted after my purchase. The service representatives Eric and Adam were great. Communication, professionalism, and the treatment I received was the very for first for me. I have bought various vehicles from different dealership throughout the bay area and this has been the best. Both Sales and Service has been great and I have no reservations in recommending this dealership. Other dealerships would benefit from having their Sales and Service Representatives model after BMW Cconcord. Customer service should always take priority in any business providing services, especially after making an investment such as car purchase and service. In my experience with other dealership I was made to feel like they were doing me the favor in the purchase and servicing of my vehicle.
