I had a great experience buying a new 2010 BMW X5 from Danny Andrade at Concord BMW. I had a very low price offer at another dealer and thought I'd check to see if Concord would match the offer since it's Danny Andrade at Concord BMW. Not only was the offer matched but I got fantastic service all the way from making the purchase to being given the most thorough walk through of my car's features that I've ever gotten. I had a problem with my brakes on my X5. Went to BMW Concord to have it checked. Tim did an excellent job expediting the service and I didn't have to wait for a long time eventhough they replaced my fro Concord to have it checked. Walked in with no appointment.. They were obviously very busy yet still took my car, and tried to resolve a noise I was hearing.
