Tim said it should only take 1 1/2 - 2 hours so I waited at the dealership rather than taking the shuttle. And it did only take 1 1/2 hours as promised! After a negative experience with the local dealer there is no way I'd go back to experience more negativity. I needed to find a new dealership. I asked a couple of business associates who owned BMW's who maintained their cars. One of my business associates recommended Concord BMW as an alternative dealer. A very friendly staff arranged a service appointment the next Monday and provided a loaner car for the day as well. Later that afternoon I got a call from Shane reporting that the car was finished. Also in addition to the maintenance service a leaking power steering hose was replaced under warranty. I arrived to pick up the car. Shane greeted me and thanked me for my business. I asked a few questions while I waited for the car to be brought up. It's been about 3 weeks since my visit. I'm happy to report the maintenance service made a difference, the car runs great! I am definitely satisfied with the Concord BMW Team. Thank You. More

Perhaps it is just me, but I have found dealership services pretty average. The warrant repair works are seriously regulated by BMW NA.
