I spontaneously decided to check out the dealership I live by to see if I could afford a BMW. I had visited the dealership before, expressing interest in a BMW. J.T. assisted me during my second visit and took the time to put me on his mailing list. At first I wasn't sold on the car as it wasn't the right year, but after seeing it online and in person I knew it was the right one for me. If J.T. hadn't of followed up with me after that first visit, I probably would still be looking for, instead of driving, my perfect car! Andrew has been my service advisor for several years and I continue to bring my car to him because of the excellent customer service he provides. On several occasions, he assisted me in receiving out of war I continue to bring my car to him because of the excellent customer service he provides. On several occasions, he assisted me in receiving out of warranty repairs through BMW North America. He is always professional and courteous. He communicates very well. I feel very comfortable leaving my car in his hands. If possible, I try to schedule my service appointments on a day that he is working. When this is not possible, I have found his associates to be very effective as well. More
